The present document has for object to define the conditions and terms of access to the web site and associated services of ETRALI S.A, hereinafter also mentioned as the PUBLISHER by his users.

The access and use of the site ETRALI to the URL address by the user supposes the acceptance and respect by the latter of all the conditions described below.

III.        Access to website 

The publisher allow the access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of force majeure or of an event outside the control of the PUBLISHER, and subject to the possible breakdowns and necessary maintenance works for the smooth running of the site and services.
